Tactical Fishing is a family workshop in Baldwin, Wisconsin, dedicated to ice fishing and lead-free glass lures.

The Crappie Coffin was designed after too many fish were lost at the hole. Set in a drilled ice hole, it allows you to drop your jig through the center and fish as usual. A hooked fish is reeled up through a one-way passage and held in the net, so it cannot wrap around your transducer or slip back down the hole. Your sonar continues to work with the transducer placed inside the unit.

Once you fish with a Crappie Coffin, it becomes a standard part of your ice setup.

Tactiglass jigs and lures use the shine and flash of glass to attract fish, with a more lifelike presentation at one-quarter the weight of lead. They are lead-free, and because the color is in the glass rather than painted on, the finish will not peel or wear off.
